Health and Safety Advice
Please make sure you have read and understood the revised Health and Safety Advice! Before you can join a Pub Strollers Outing you must fill out the Disclaimer Form, sign and date it and hand it to the appropriate Cheadle U3A Group Leader.

Starting from a nominated pub, this successful group walks once a month on the 3rd Wednesday of the month for a gentle saunter, of up to 2 miles, finishing back at the pub where we have lunch (optional). If the weather is inclement we will just meet for lunch.

This activity is for those of us whose mobility is somewhat impaired and for whom a walk of much more than two miles would be too much.

Meet at the Car Park at South Moorlands Leisure Centre, for departure at 10.30 am, or at 10.45 am at the pub. When the walk is based at more distant pubs, departure from the Leisure Centre Car Park will be at 10.15 am. We start walking at 11.00 am.

With a Pub Meal at the end of the walk, there’s no need to bring along a snack, but feel free to bring some water with you to drink during the stroll.

Always follow the Country Code and walk on the right when facing oncoming traffic.
Members sharing transport should contribute
£1 or £2 depending on distance travelled.
In bad weather conditions the walk leader’s decision to go ahead, or not, is final.

The next walk will be from The Wheel, Longsdon, A53, ST9 9QF on Wednesday 20th.February.
